How to figure out your goal

  1. Passion and skills aren’t enough. You need to know whether people are willing to pay for it
  2. Find your people – partners, target audience, and people who are willing to support you and provide feedback.
  3. You slogan should tell people your core value at a glance
  4. Saying NO is also a responsibility
  5. Replicate what works + iterate and improve
  6. If your first version doesn’t make you laugh, you’ve spent too much time on it
